Is IRN a credit bureau?

No. IRN is a private member network for participating installment sellers. Its operating model is subject to legal review before production launch.

Can other companies see my company’s internal data?

No. Only eligible repayment facts are shared, and company-level data isolation is enforced.

Is a full CNIC ever displayed?

Never to ordinary users. CNICs are shown masked, and raw numbers are never stored.

Does a poor record automatically reject an applicant?

No. Risk summaries are informational only; each company makes its own approval decision.

How do settlements appear?

Once your company confirms settlement, the status updates everywhere. History is preserved per the retention policy.

How long do disputes take?

Response and resolution deadlines are defined in the membership rules, and you can track your case ID at any time.

Can I upload my existing customer book?

Yes — validated CSV import with error reporting and a full audit trail.
